WassailSaturday 23 January
Our annual Wassail is a joyful Hillfields tradition, bringing the community together to sing, dance and celebrate the apple trees. We gather in the garden for traditional wassail songs with Sorrel Wilde Community Singing, lively dancing with Pigsty Morris, and the ancient ceremony of blessing our apple trees for a good harvest and to keep away any bad spirits lurking in the branches.
