Our brilliant team of staff and trustees are at the heart of what we do. A lot of us live here in Hillfields, and everyone brings their own stories, backgrounds, and ideas to the mix. We're all about making our community a place full of opportunity for everyone.
Sam, Centre CoordinatorSam manages Hillfields Park Community Centre, working on bookings and managing the space so that it is open and welcome to everyone in Hillfields.

Sophie, Community ConnectorSophie joined the team in 2024 and is our volunteer coordinator. She also helps organise our groups and events and promotes them online, through door knocking and community events.
Sophie brings her experience working in sustainability to manage Hillfields CAN (Climate and Nature) group, working to deliver, with residents the Hillfields Community Climate Action Plan. Misty, Community Kitchen LeadMisty is our newest member of the team, having set up the Community Café, Misty also runs the community cooking and manages volunteers around all things food related.

Benedetta, Nature Learning LeaderBenedetta works term time only running a weekly nature pre-school group called Mini Explorers, Benedetta also delivers groups with local primary schools. An experienced outdoor leader, Benedetta has a great approach to working with children in outdoor settings.

Sarah, CEO and Co-FounderSarah co-founded the Community Garden with Becca in 2020 after they met through local parenting groups. Since then the organisation has grown, setting up as a charity, taking on staff and now managing Hillfields Park Community Centre. With a passion for Hillfields, Sarah has championed the area across the city and lobbied for funding and services to be directed to local residents.
