Community Kitchen

Hillfields Community Café is open on a Thursday — a friendly, low‑cost space serving hot drinks, cakes, toasties, soup, kids’ lunch bags, and a weekly veggie special.

Our Hillfields Community Lunch, on a Friday, is an opportunity for anyone and everyone from Hillfields to come together to share lunch and chat.

Our community cafe is supported by a team of local volunteers using locally grown and redistributed food.

​All of our food is vegetarian and halal‑friendly, with vegan and gluten‑free options.

To support our community, we also offer food vouchers, a pay‑it‑forward option and a Community Food Larder. Everything is open to anyone who needs it, with no questions asked and no barriers to access.
